Pure Maintenance handles mold inspection, testing, and remediation for homes and businesses, along with water damage restoration and HVAC duct cleaning. Its main method is a dry fog treatment that uses a hospital-grade sterilant followed by a second antimicrobial application. The company says the fog reaches places liquids can't, including carpet fibers, furniture, and the inside of HVAC ductwork. It also takes on commercial mold removal projects of various sizes.

A technician can usually visit within 48 hours for a visual inspection and free estimate, and can come out the same day for emergencies. The company says it is certified by the state of Florida for mold assessment and remediation and is bonded and insured. It can also help homeowners work through insurance claims with public adjusters, and it uses a third-party lab to test indoor and outdoor air after a job. The office is in Altamonte Springs, and the company serves Greater Orlando, Orange, Seminole, and Lake counties.
