Structural Based Therapy

Structural Based Therapy is a chiropractic and rehab clinic that pairs hands-on adjustments and guided rehabilitation with non-surgical treatments such as shockwave therapy, Class IV laser and EMTT. It focuses on chronic back pain, tendon and soft-tissue pain, sports and auto injuries, and neuropathy, with the aim of giving patients a clearer plan before turning to injections, surgery or long-term medication. Dr. Michael Maiorino, DC, is a licensed chiropractor who sees patients of all ages and works alongside massage therapists, physical therapists and orthopedists when a case calls for it.

Every patient starts with a detailed evaluation, and the plan is adjusted as progress is measured. The clinic does not lock patients into long packages and avoids unnecessary X-rays. Providers and attorneys can request progress documentation for their cases. Appointments can be booked online or by phone. The Alpharetta and Johns Creek office is on Old Alabama Road, and a second office is in the Midtown area near Brookwood in Atlanta.
