Her background includes construction management, which she brings to new builds, land purchases, and reviewing builder contracts. She works with buyers, sellers, relocating families, and investors, and handles estate sales with professional photography, video, and discreet marketing.

She has lived on Lake Lanier for more than twelve years and can advise on dock permits, water depth, and Corps of Engineers rules.
