Dr. Joseph Fanning, D.C., uses digital X-rays, posture scans and the CORE Score spinal exam to look for the causes behind back pain, sciatica, neck pain, tech neck and headaches, then builds an individualized care plan. Treatments include spinal decompression, shockwave therapy and custom orthotics, along with classical Pilates and nutritional supplements.

New patients start with a consultation and a full spinal exam, followed by a first adjustment and a hydrotherapy session. The office accepts most major insurance plans and will check coverage before a visit, and appointments can be booked online or by phone. It is located in an office suite in Johns Creek, with Saturdays by appointment and weekday hours that end early in the afternoon.
