JNL Smart Realty is a real estate brokerage that buys and sells homes and investment properties and manages rentals in Georgia and Florida. The two partners came out of the software industry and built their own rental businesses before forming the firm in 2021, with one focusing on long-term rentals in Georgia and the other on short-term vacation rentals in Florida. Core work covers residential sales, investment acquisitions, and property management for both long-term and vacation rentals.

Clients get hands-on, around-the-clock support from either partner by phone or email. For landlords, the firm handles tenant screening, ongoing maintenance, and rent collection, and it can help owners with renovation work. The Florida team covers the Miramar Beach and Destin area, while the Georgia office is in Alpharetta, in the Atlanta metro area.
