Great Harvest Bakery Cafe

Great Harvest Bakery Cafe bakes whole wheat breads from flour milled fresh in the bakery, and its sourdough is the bestseller. The signature loaf uses five simple ingredients: whole wheat flour, honey, filtered water, salt and yeast. The cafe also makes sandwiches and salads on its breads, along with ILLY coffee drinks, iced tea, and cookies, scones and other sweet goodies.

Customers can order ahead online or ask about catering and gift breads. Visitors are offered a free slice of warm bread, and the regular bake schedule is limited to the most popular items, so special requests can be sent through the contact form. Sunny and Dee took over the bakery in 2019, and it is one of the Great Harvest locations on McFarland Parkway in Alpharetta.
