Contoura Medspa offers medical spa treatments that combine hormone therapy, weight loss programs, aesthetic injectables and skin care. Its menu includes hormone replacement and testosterone therapy, I.V. therapy and peptide treatments, dermal fillers, neurotoxin injections, laser and body contouring treatments, facials, and a line of Obagi and Nutrafol products sold in the shop.

Consultations are booked through the website, and Dr. Michael Hulse, MD, leads the hormone therapy work for both men and women. Gift cards and memberships are available. The office is on North Main Street in Alpharetta and keeps weekday and Saturday hours.
