Body-N-Balance

Body-N-Balance is a wellness studio that combines licensed physical therapy with one-on-one fitness and restorative spa services. It has been open since 2000 and works with patients of all ages and abilities, including professional athletes from several major leagues. The studio pioneered the use of Pilates, GYROTONIC, and Redcord exercise in physical therapy and still adds newer treatment methods.

Sessions are by appointment only and are hands-on and tailored to each person, whether they are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or improving how they move. Services include pelvic floor therapy, sports physical therapy, prenatal and postpartum care, and gait analysis. The studio is in Johns Creek, in Building E of 3005 Old Alabama Road, and requests can be made by phone or through its website.
