Landmark Kitchen & Bath

Landmark Kitchen & Bath is a design-build remodeling company that handles kitchen and bathroom projects from the first consultation through final walkthrough. Kitchen work covers custom cabinetry, premium countertops, backsplashes and layout design, while bathroom projects include walk-in showers, custom vanities, luxury fixtures and heated flooring. The company's owner, Reese Layton, has a background in managing larger commercial construction jobs.

The team offers a free on-site consultation, where they discuss goals, take measurements and provide a preliminary estimate within 48 hours, with no obligation. Projects typically start around $35,000, with kitchens often taking 8 to 12 weeks and bathrooms 3 to 6 weeks. Landmark serves Allen, McKinney, Plano, Frisco and nearby North Dallas communities, and its office is in Allen.
