Athlete Training and Health

Athlete Training and Health runs sports performance and group fitness programs for youth, high school, collegiate and professional athletes, along with adult fitness classes. Forever ATHlete offers adult group sessions covering HIIT, strength and functional training, while Rebuild ATHlete supports athletes returning from injury and Team ATHlete offers year-round or seasonal training for sports teams. The business has locations in Allen, Cypress, Katy and Pearland.

Training is open to athletes from age eight, and personal training is available for most programs. The Pearland facility, on the Memorial Hermann campus, has an advanced weight room, a recovery suite, locker rooms and a lit outdoor turf field that can be rented for games and practices. Camps and sign-ups are handled online, and the business holds birthday parties and seasonal sports camps.
