Patrick's Painting & Home Improvement

Patrick's Painting & Home Improvement is a house painting company based in Alexandria that has served Northern Virginia since 2009. Painting inside and out is the core of the work, and crews also take on related carpentry, dry rot repair, hardwood floors, tile and bathroom projects while they are already in the house. Exterior jobs cover brick, wood siding, fiber cement and stucco, and the company offers pressure washing, deck staining and wood restoration, and epoxy flake floor coatings for garages.

Every job starts with a free on-site estimate and a written prep level agreed with the homeowner before the job is booked. The company offers a military discount and works in-home consultations, and the firm's own blog covers painting in neighborhoods across Alexandria, Arlington, Burke, Springfield and Mount Vernon.
