Oni

Oni is a restaurant in downtown Albuquerque serving Japanese-inspired food and drink, with ramen as one of its signature dishes. The menu follows the season and leans on ingredients sourced almost entirely from New Mexico producers, including Talus Wind Ranch, Sweet Grass Farms, Raised on Sand Farm, Carrasco Family Farm, Silver Leaf Farms, Vida Verde Farm and CLC Pecan Farm. Pecan dashi ramen is featured on the site.

Oni is open Wednesday through Saturday evenings, from 5 to 8 PM. Online ordering is available, and gift cards can be bought on the website. The restaurant is at 600 Central Ave SW in Albuquerque, and calling ahead is a good idea before a visit.
