Jefferson Clinic

Jefferson Clinic is a primary care clinic run by Southwest Care, a nonprofit that began in 1996 with a focus on people living with HIV and AIDS. The Albuquerque clinic opened in 2017 and offers primary care, HIV and hepatitis C care, behavioral health, and gender equity medicine, with a pharmacy inside the building.

Patients can book visits by phone, and a limited number of same-day appointments are available. Fees follow a sliding scale, and the clinic accepts all insurance types, including Medicare and Medicaid. The on-site pharmacy handles prescription refills, and curbside pickup is available. After-hours calls are routed to the provider on call.
