Healthy Families Albuquerque

Healthy Families of Albuquerque is a counseling and parent education practice offering individual, family and trauma therapy for children, teens and adults. Its work includes EMDR for trauma and PTSD, along with counseling for anxiety, depression, grief and life transitions. Sessions are led by licensed therapists, with student therapists in training and other qualified mental health professionals also on the team.

Sessions take place in person or by secure telehealth, and telehealth is available anywhere in New Mexico, so people outside the two cities can still connect with a therapist. The main office is on University Boulevard Northeast in Albuquerque, with a second location in Rio Rancho. Insurance is accepted, and Spanish is spoken in the practice.
