Gecko's Bar

Gecko's Bar & Tapas is a gastro pub known for taking bar standards like burgers and appetizers to a higher level, with a menu of tapas and other bar food. The Academy location is the second of two, sharing its signature food and drinks with the Nob Hill original. Sports fans fill the room before and after Lobo and Isotopes games, and it gets especially busy for World Cup soccer and rugby matches.

Dogs are welcome on the Academy patio, and water is set out for them. Karaoke runs on Tuesday nights. The kitchen stays open later on weekends, and if you can't stay, food can be taken to go. The bar serves until last call every day. The restaurant is on Academy Road in the Northeast Heights.
