Environment Control

Environment Control is a commercial building services company offering janitorial, carpet and hard floor care, window washing, grounds maintenance and restoration work. It was founded in 1963 by Daryl Kraft, who started by running a small commercial janitorial company while in college, and it now operates through franchise locations across the United States, with over 34 franchises in 16 states. Its work covers healthcare facilities, cleanrooms, schools, food processing plants and churches, among other industries.

The company's corporate office is in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and customers can request a quote through the website or find the franchise nearest them. Service is handled by the local franchise, and the company says it reviews inspection and quality control reports with customers and visits each building during office hours to discuss their needs.
