Battery X-Change

Battery X-Change is a battery retailer and service shop with a broad stock of batteries for cars, motorcycles, boats, RVs, golf carts, lawn equipment, mobility devices, and household use. The business also replaces alternators and starters. It has been in business since 1962 and describes itself as the go-to place for battery selection in the region.

Battery testing is free at every location, and installation is free for most batteries bought from the store. Customers can also order batteries online and pick them up in the same day at the Albany store on Santiam Road. Reviewers on the company's site describe the staff as quick to diagnose problems and reluctant to sell unnecessary parts.
