Hansen Rigging

Hansen Rigging is a sailboat rigging shop that works on both standing and running rigging, from full standing rigging replacement and new builds to custom mast and boom fabrication. The shop serves top-level racing, day sailing and cruising boats, and keeps a large in-stock selection of rope for high-performance yacht racing and all-purpose sailing.

The shop has in-house swage machines, a full machine shop, welding and carbon repair, and can handle mast step and un-step work along with indoor mast projects up to 90 feet. Visitors can stop by or schedule an appointment. Hansen Rigging is at Blanding Avenue in Alameda, and it has been serving the San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years.
