O. Myers Law

O. Myers Law is the criminal defense and family law practice of attorney Olivia Myers, who represents clients in misdemeanor and felony cases, OVI and DUI charges, traffic offenses, and juvenile and family matters. OVI and DUI defense is a major focus, and she completed the same field sobriety testing course that police officers take, which helps her challenge how tests were given. She also works on child custody and support disputes and handles juvenile abuse, neglect or dependency cases.

The phone line is answered around the clock, and the first consultation is free. For clients who cannot drive after a DUI charge, Myers will come to them for that initial meeting. The office is in Akron, and she handles cases in Summit County, Portage County and surrounding areas, and will take cases elsewhere in Ohio.
