INNOVATIVE AUTOCARE

Innovative AutoCare is an independent auto repair shop that works on cars and trucks, domestic and foreign, gas and diesel. Its ASE-certified technicians handle brakes, tires, steering and suspension, engine and transmission work, batteries, heating and cooling, factory scheduled maintenance and computer diagnostics. The shop is a Certified NAPA Auto Care Center, so NAPA parts come with a 36-month or 36,000-mile warranty, and oil changes use Mobil synthetic oil.

Pricing is quoted up front, and the shop offers free local pick-up and delivery, a local shuttle, and towing for qualifying repairs. A waiting room has free Wi-Fi and refreshments. Financing is available for larger repairs. The shop is on South Main Street in Akron, and its owner, Jeff Goodwin, has run it since 2001.
