Gemma Wellness Medical Spa offers cosmetic injectables, skin rejuvenation, facial treatments and medical-grade skincare. Injectable services include Botox, Daxxify and dermal fillers, while skin rejuvenation uses microneedling, PRF therapy and Rejuvapen NXT. Facials, dermaplaning and clinical peels are also offered, along with ZO Skin Health products.

All treatments are performed by Dr. Lori L. Gemma, a licensed osteopathic family physician with more than 20 years in practice. Visitors can request an appointment online. The spa is located on Granger Road in Akron.
