E Tech Universe is a family-owned appliance store selling new scratch-and-dent and customer-return appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, built-in ovens, dishwashers, microwaves and freezers. The store carries well-known brands at reduced prices, and customers also mention used appliances and repair work.

Each appliance comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty, and extended coverage of up to five years can be added. Financing is available with little or no credit needed, with no-interest terms of up to 36 months, and delivery and installation are offered same or next day. The store is in the Ellet area of East Akron, entered through the back door at 640 Canton Road.
