Manakoa Gymnastics

Manakoa Gymnastics teaches recreational and competitive gymnastics to children and adults in Aiea, following a USAG junior Olympic curriculum for vault, bars, beam and floor. Classes include after-school and morning sessions, tumbling, private lessons, adult gymnastics and a competitive team that has taken part in the state championships. Camps are also offered.

All coaches hold USAG certification and are background checked, and the team coaches are university graduates. Enrollment is open, and trial classes are arranged through online registration. There are no initiation, annual membership or insurance fees, and the open-air gym and its equipment are cleaned and disinfected daily. Street parking is ample, and the gym is near Aloha Stadium with easy freeway access.
