Chung Kim's Black Belt Academy

Chung Kim's Black Belt Academy teaches Tae Kwon Do along with women's self-defense, cardio kickboxing, HapKi-Ye, and private lessons, with classes for young children through adults. The Adel school is a satellite of the Quad Cities academy founded by Grand Master Chung E. Kim, and it is run by Master Baker, a 6th-degree black belt who has trained at the school for more than 22 years.

The Adel location is at 104 S 7th St and holds group classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, with a separate black belt session on Tuesday night. Private lessons are also available. The academy has other locations in the Quad Cities area and in Adel's neighboring town of Perry, which is run by the same instructors.
