Dallas Insight Counseling works with children, teens and parents on emotional and behavioral challenges, including acting out, shutting down, and stress from divorce. Play therapy is offered for ages 3 to 8, and pre-teen and teen therapy for ages 9 to 18. The practice also offers EMDR therapy, parenting support, and parenting facilitation, with methods described as evidence-based and tailored to each child's developmental stage and family dynamic.

A free consultation is available before booking. Online therapy is offered alongside in-person sessions. The office is in Addison, in suite 200 on Midway Road, and families can reach out with questions or to schedule an appointment.
