Romexterra Restoration

Romexterra Restoration is a water, fire, mold and storm damage restoration company serving homes and businesses. Its work covers emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, smoke and soot cleanup, certified mold removal, biohazard cleanup, contents packout and storage, and reconstruction, so the same company can take a loss from cleanup through rebuild.

Emergency calls are answered around the clock by a live person, and the company says it aims for a 5 to 60 minute response in its core Chicagoland service areas when crews are available. It works with all insurance carriers and helps document losses for claims. Non-emergency requests are returned within one business day. The office is at 750 W Annoreno Dr in Addison, and crews cover a long list of Cook, DuPage, Will, Lake, Kane, Kendall, Grundy and McHenry county communities.
