Acushnet River Valley

Acushnet River Valley is a public championship golf course in Acushnet, designed by Brian Silva in 1998 and awarded a 4-Star Rating by Golf Digest. The front nine runs through tall white pines, while holes 12 through 17 are open, treeless links-style holes with rolling fairways and undulating greens. The course also offers PGA-certified lessons and hosts golf outings, with more than 100 events a year.

Tee times can be booked online up to 7 days in advance, and the course is owned by the Town of Acushnet. Gift certificates are sold at Acushnet Town Hall and never expire. The course is located on Main Street in Acushnet and is centrally placed for golfers coming from Cape Cod, Providence, Newport and Boston. Outing dates for 2026 are already booked, so next spring is the time to ask about 2027.
