John A. Kinkaid Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc

John A. Kinkaid Heating & Air Conditioning has served homes with heating and cooling work since 1917, and four generations of the family have run it. The company handles central air conditioning installation and repair, ductless systems, heating installation and repair, steam boilers, radiant floor heat, duct cleaning, and water heater repair and replacement. Seasonal service plans cover regular maintenance for heating and cooling equipment.

Emergency calls are answered around the clock, and weekday office hours run through the workday. Free estimates are offered, and the company also works with small businesses such as restaurants, salons, storefronts and doctors' offices in buildings up to two stories. The shop serves Roslyn and nearby areas across several southeastern Pennsylvania counties. Seasonal discounts apply to new installs and seasonal cleaning, and active and non-active military personnel get 10% off services.
