Brain Builders Speech and Language Services

Brain Builders provides pediatric speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, feeding therapy, orofacial myology and tongue and lip tie support for children from birth through adolescence. Services are built around play and family involvement, with feeding therapy and newborn care among the specialties, including help for breastfeeding and bottle feeding challenges and care before and after frenectomy.

Therapy is offered at the clinic on Kensington Parkway in Abingdon and through telehealth, and the practice also visits select preschools and daycare centers in the Bel Air and Abingdon areas. Most major insurance plans are accepted, and private pay clients receive a Good Faith Estimate. Patient hours run weekdays, with later evenings on Tuesday and Thursday and an earlier close on Friday.
