Black Propeller

Black Propeller is a digital marketing agency that runs paid search, paid social, performance creative, Amazon ads and search optimization for growth-stage brands. Its work centers on audience planning and ad creative tested across channels, with past clients in home services, retail and ecommerce, legal and finance, and beauty. One published case reports a 5.4 ROAS on Meta ads for a beauty brand.

Engagements run on a fixed monthly retainer tied to ad spend rather than a percentage of it, and the agency works with brands spending at least $10,000 a month on paid media. Clients get a live dashboard and usually meet with the team every two weeks, and they keep ownership of their ad accounts and creative assets. The office is in Abingdon, Maryland.
