Peace By Piece Counseling

Peace By Piece Counseling is a counseling practice that works with individuals, couples and families. The team offers talk therapy using approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques and solution-focused therapy, and the site lists support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, PTSD, OCD, ADHD and parenting concerns, among others. Clients are matched with a clinician based on the area they want help with.

Sessions are confidential and follow Texas, federal and HIPAA rules, and the practice is open to people who want a direct, accountable therapist as well as those who want a more open-ended space. Appointments are booked through the office by phone or email. The main office is on Buffalo Gap Road in Abilene, with a second office listed in Frisco.
